Improve your Self Esteem

As a child, I remember being a very confident child. In my growing years, I was the topper of my class constantly year after year, was appointed monitor for my class consequently for multiple years, but that all changed when I changed my School. I could not adjust to the new classmates and their standards of lifestyle or intellect. As days went by, I found myself slowly draining away in a distant. I was known as someone who was not only shy but also bad at studies and I doubted myself that I ever will be able to make something of myself.

Just like me, you may have had low self-esteem for as long as you can remember. It can be hard to understand how you feel and make changes to question your low self-belief and improve your self esteem.
